Emergency Area On Call to support and guide around emergencies Support from a full time Deputy Manager (Shared Emergency On Call) Milestone bonuses (induction, registration, 1-year service) About the role As Registered Manager, you will lead a high-performing childrens home, deliver outstanding care while ensure full regulatory compliance and developing a confident, capable team.

Youll work within a therapeutic, child-centred model supporting up to two young people per home enabling meaningful relationships and truly individualised care.

Key responsibilities Leadership & Care Quality Deliver high-quality care in line with Childrens Home Regulations (NI) 2005 and Minimum Standards Maintain exceptional safeguarding and compliance standards Achieve positive RQIA inspection outcomes Team Development Lead, supervise, and appraise staff Coach and mentor team members to build a high-performing culture Operations & Strategy Oversee day-to-day operations and resource management Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance Manage Schedule 5 notifications and regulator relationships Working pattern 38 hours management (Monday to Friday) Emergency On-call rota (minimum 4 days per week, enhanced pay for additional hours worked at during on call) About you Were looking for a resilient, compassionate leader who can demonstrate: 2+ years experience supporting traumatised young people in residential care Social Work qualification + 2 years post-qualification experience (AYE) Experience supervising staff Full UK/Irish driving licence (max 3 points) Ability to pass Enhanced Access NI check Willingness to register with NISCC as Part 1 Social Worker Make a real difference This is challenging work but deeply rewarding. xwzovoh
