About you:
  • Previous experience within a catering management or supervisory position with strong team leadership abilities
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service standards
  • Strong attention to detail with knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures
  • Motivated, organised, and capable of working using own initiative
  • Good communication skills with competent IT literacy
  • Positive, adaptable, and hands-on approach to work

What you'll do:
  • Manage and motivate the catering team to provide quality food and outstanding customer service
  • Ensure full compliance with food hygiene legislation and HACCP requirements
  • Coordinate day-to-day catering operations including opening and closing of service areas
  • Handle administrative duties including stock management, cash handling, and till reconciliation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and health & safety compliance
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure services are delivered efficiently and on schedule
