Managing a varied portfolio of residential and commercial claims, you will carry out on-site monitoring and 360 surveys, gathering precise data that underpins effective claims management and decision-making.The role combines technical learning with independence, allowing you to take ownership of your schedule while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. In return, you’ll benefit from a flexible approach to working, enabling a strong work-life balance alongside opportunities for professional growth within a respected and innovative organisation.The skills you will have when you apply:Surveying Interest/Experience – Previous experience in subsidence or surveying is beneficial, but not essential as full training is providedDriving Licence – Full UK driving licence enabling regular travel to sites across LondonWorkload Management – Ability to independently plan, organise and prioritise your own diary and caseload effectivelyPractical Field Skills – Hands-on, comfortable using tools and equipment in a field-based environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
