SEND Coordinator Suffolk (Local Authority role) Contract role Hourly rate negotiable (Indicate rate sought when applying) * 37 hours per week. * Hybrid, collect equipment in person. * West Suffolk House, Riverside/Virtual (Postcode: IP33 3YU) * Attend team meetings in person if possible. * Ideally 1 day a week in office if possible x4 Coordinators needed for 2 area teams holding a caseload - completing draft amendments and finals following meetings and completing associated casework. Key responsibilities: * case hold * oversee phase transfer work * oversee associated work on annual review paperwork * contact with families and settings * requests to panels for placements / funding as per provision in plan
