The Opportunity
In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead the safe and efficient operation of the production line, ensuring quality, output and performance targets are achieved. You'll coordinate day-to-day activities, minimise downtime, drive continuous improvement and maintain high operational standards.
Leading from the front, you'll coach and develop your team, build accountability, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional manufacturing performance.

What You'll Bring
You'll be a confident leader with a strong operational mindset and a passion for safety, quality, and team development. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable taking ownership of performance and decision-making on shift.
Hands-on experience within a fast-paced production environment, as this is a practical leadership role with direct involvement on the production line.
A Level 3 Apprenticeship (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Maintenance is essential. Previous experience leading or developing a team within a manufacturing environment will be highly beneficial.
