Operations Administrator / Coordinator

Advanced Operations Coordinator Location: Harwich, CO12 Duration: 6 Months Minimum Rate: £17ph Hours of Work: 7 on 7 off working between 6am and 6pm so need to be local and drive due to the location Our client, a leading organisation in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Advanced Operations Coordinator for a 6-month initial contract based in Harwich, Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for meticulous administration and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Administer technical and commercial record-keeping with a clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities. Raise, schedule, and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance tasks in collaboration with field staff and customers using the SAP system. Develop and maintain efficient daily and weekly plans for the site team, optimising the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs). Conduct technical verification and collate time data to initiate billing and parts replenishment. Ensure all maintenance and troubleshooting activities align with business objectives and customer requirements. Co-ordinate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation to comply with UK legislation. Maintain comprehensive record-keeping, reporting, and documentation archives to support service and maintenance history. Skills and Qualifications: Strong administration skills with a meticulous approach. Proficient in computer skills; SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
