Reception Manager - Salary Package Up to £65,000
We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Reception Manager to join their flagship operation. This is a large luxury lifestyle restaurant, located in the heart of the prestigious London most affluent location.

What youll do:
Lead and inspire the reception team to deliver warm, attentive, and seamless guest service.

Manage all front desk operations, including reservations, guest enquiries, and VIP bookings.

Build strong relationships with our guests, ensuring a personalised and memorable experience.

Work closely with senior management to continuously improve service standards.

Support the wider operation during peak periods, always leading by example.

Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Supervisor in a high-profile, luxury restaurant or hospitality environment.

A polished, professional manner with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Strong leadership and organisational skills.

Confidence in managing reservations systems and guest flow in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
