Key responsibilities include: Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team Driving sales performance and delivering KPI targets Maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards Managing stock control, staffing and day to day store operations Creating a positive and engaging culture on the shop floor Analysing store performance and identifying opportunities for growth Leading from the front during busy trading periods Ensuring a first class customer experience at all times About You To be successful in this Store Manager role, you'll have: Previous experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Retail Manager or Branch Manager Experience within fashion, lifestyle or customer focused retail environments Strong commercial awareness and a proven understanding of retail KPIs A passion for visual merchandising and customer experience A hands on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop teams Excellent organisational and communication skills The ability to thrive in a fast paced retail environment If you're an ambitious retail leader looking for your next opportunity in Birmingham, we'd love to hear from you.
