Learning Support Assistant – The Role

Provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support to students with a range of additional needs.
Play a key role in supporting students' academic progress, personal development and confidence
Build positive relationships with students, including those who may display challenging behaviour
Encourage student engagement, promote positive behaviour and create a supportive learning environment
