Pear Recruitment – Experienced Property Manager Location - South Woodford Salary - £35,000 Hours - Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm Driving Licence and own car required At least 2 years’ experience An incredible opportunity has risen for an experienced property Manager, to join our client’s management department. Established over 30 years ago, our client is a unique Estate agency offering the highest standard of service delivered by their exceptional team of property professional. In this time, they have built a portfolio of over 75 residential properties. The successful candidate must be confident, dynamic, organised, have good people skills, articulate & ambitious and key focus to deliver a service both client and tenants will not forget! Responsibilities will include: * Carrying out external property inspections * Handling maintenance enquiries * Arranging and visiting properties for end of tenancy check outs * Controlling Property licence applications * Court applications for possession * Attending court for hearings * Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments * Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services. * Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld. Skills for the role include: * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Excellent presentation and communication skills. * Proficient IT skills * Full UK Driving License required & car. * Industry recognised qualifications such as NAEA, NFOPP and ARLA are advantageous but not essential. * Strong at timekeeping and time management.
