GROUNDCARE SALES SPECIALIST

Location:- Halford, Shipston on Stour CV36 4HT
Pay:- £36,000 - £40,000 per year
A family run Agricultural & Groundcare machinery dealer based in Warwickshire. who Supply new & used machinery, Service and Parts for many well-known brands throughout the West Midlands and Warwickshire. They are main dealers for Kubota, Baroness, Redexim, Lemken, Husqvarna, Honda, and Suzuki.
They are a growing company with some very exciting plans for further expansion. They are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our busy Sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to grow with Them.
Based at the depot in Shipston On Stour, you will be required to visit Groundcare customers within your given territory, to promote all products and services in a professional manner. A positive and helpful approach is essential to this role. From the point of enquiry, right through to delivery you will be responsible for providing great customer service and experience.
Main duties will include:
Visiting and building relationships with new and existing customers, to showcase our products and services within your territory.
Carry out working demonstrations competently of all our products.
Build and maintain a strong product knowledge of our brands, attend training and familiarisation courses to be able to provide our customers with the right machinery for their requirements.
Provide our customers with quotations and information on our products.
Work closely with all departments to ensure our customers have an excellent experience.
Deliver and install new and used machinery to customers, providing the correct handover training and to ensure the customers are happy with their purchase
Attend trade shows and events throughout the year.
To be considered for this role you will require:
Must Have Experience in the Groundcare Industry
Sales experience with proven success.
A willingness to learn new things
Drive and self motivation
A helpful can do attitude. xwzovoh
Excellent customer service and relationship skills
Full UK driving licence is essential
The successful applicant will be provided with:
Excellent salary (dependent on experience)
Excellent and uncomplicated commission structure
20 days holiday in addition to any public/bank holidays. (increases with length of service)
A company vehicle
