Following the companies success in 2025 & 2026 and as part of the companies ongoing expansion plan, we are seeking a proactive and dedicated Recruitment Resourcer to join our clients dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is passionate about connecting talent with opportunities. You will primarily focus on sourcing candidates from key locations, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Market-Leading Commission: Expected earnings of £35k in Year 1, £55k in Year 2, and £80k in Year 3.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from key target locations using a variety of platforms and tools.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet client demands.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess candidate suitability for roles.
• Organise and manage candidate databases for effective communication and tracking.
• Schedule interviews and follow-ups between candidates and clients.
• Ensure candidates are prepared and informed about job opportunities and interview processes.
• Coordinate start dates and onboarding processes with clients and candidates.
• Provide on-call support to manage urgent resourcing needs and address client or candidate queries.
• Handle last-minute scheduling changes and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the team and ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with the recruitment consultants and senior managers to understand client requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both.
Key Skills and Attributes:
• Previous Experience: Ideally, prior experience in recruitment or sales, with a proven ability to meet targets and build relationships.
• Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
• Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable: Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call weekends.
• Proactive: Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Team Player: Collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required
