Production Operative in Winchester

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Operative to join our busy food manufacturing client in Winchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in food production who’s ready to hit the ground running. Key responsibilities: * Operate production machinery and follow recipes accurately * Maintain high hygiene standards and follow ‘clean as you go’ procedures * Perform quality checks and complete all paperwork correctly * Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets What we’re looking for: * Previous experience in food manufacturing (training provided) * Strong attention to detail with good literacy and numeracy skills * Food Safety or Health & Safety qualifications are an advantage Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 start If you’re ready to join a hardworking and supportive team, apply today
