Governance Officer - Ballykelly

We are currently recruiting a Governance Officer for our client based in Ballykelly. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: ASAP

Rate of pay: £19.59

Hours of work: 37 Full time 9 - 5pm Mon to Fri

Key Responsibilities:

The postholder will work within the Windsor Framework Programme Management Officeleading programme and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the maintenance and updating of programme and directorate level governance documentation in line with best practice, NICS guidance and agreed templates.
- Collate information from various sources to support governance returns and assurance processes.
- Lead on the draftingof governance papers, submissions and returns for review by senior staff.
- Lead secretariat support for programme and corporate governance meetings, including agenda coordination, minute taking, action tracking and dissemination of papers.
- Lead the maintenanceof records such as Terms of Reference, action logs and governance documentation.
- Ad Hoc duties as required by head of branch

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

Degree

Degree/Level 4 qualification plus 1 years' experience in a governance or project/programme management role.

A criminal record will not necessarily be a bar to obtaining a position.
