The role As a Sous chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen working under the head chef. You will bring your knowledge of Spanish produce and dishes to ensure great quality Spanish dishes are served. This role will include all the standard Sous Chef duties.

Experience As a Sous Chef you will be either a Junior Sous Chef or a Sous Chef with a fresh food background, you will have Spanish cuisine knowledge, passion for Spanish produce and able to create great looking plates.
