Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor – Aviation

We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary construction and property consultancy with presence across the UK and proven success in a variety of sectors including Rail, Utilities, Energy, Roads etc. Due to continued growth in their Aviation arm, they are actively seeking an experienced Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the South to aid the Commercial Team.

• Commercial Leadership & Project Delivery**
• Take ownership of the commercial delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered to budget, programme and quality standards while maintaining full alignment with client objectives and operational constraints.
• Pre & Post Contract Management**
• Lead all commercial activities across the project lifecycle, including procurement strategy, tender management, contract administration and cost control, ensuring robust governance under NEC or similar forms of contract.
• Cost Planning, Reporting & Financial Control**
• Develop and manage detailed cost plans, budgets and cashflow forecasts, providing accurate commercial reporting, cost analysis and value engineering advice to ensure effective financial decision-making.
