Audit Manager

PERMANENT| 75,000.00-90,000.00PER ANNUMRECRUITER: | Andrew Wilson Audit Manager London Permanent 75k - 95k cer Financial are working alongside an Accountancy firm, who are based in London. They are seeking an Audit Manager to work with them on a permanent basis. Responsibilities: · Manage a portfolio of charity and not-for-profit clients, delivering high-quality audit and assurance services.· Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout audit engagements.· Liaise with Directors and Partners to plan and coordinate upcoming assignments.· Brief, supervise and support audit teams, reviewing work and providing coaching throughout engagements.· Review statutory and other financial statements, overseeing their preparation and timely completion.· Provide technical guidance to colleagues and resolve complex accounting and audit queries.· Support the development of junior team members through mentoring, coaching and regular feedback.· Contribute to the continued success and growth of our specialist Charity & Not-for-Profit team.The candidate will need: · ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.· Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients, ideally within the charity, not-for-profit and/or education sectors.· A genuine interest in supporting charities and not-for-profit organisations and understanding the challenges they face.· Experience leading, coaching and developing junior team members.
