This Children and Young People’s ADHD Assessor position offers the opportunity to deliver structured assessments that give families clear, timely and well-supported outcomes. The CYP ADHD Assessment Clinician will work within an established pathway backed by robust clinical leadership, consistent supervision and a stable multidisciplinary workforce. This creates the continuity needed for sound decisions, dependable services and successful outcomes for children, families and commissioners. Package & Benefits • £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. • Permanent full-time or part-time contract. • Monday-to-Friday hours with agreed hybrid working arrangements. Key Responsibilities • Deliver structured ADHD assessments for children and young people. • Gather developmental and functional evidence from families, schools and records. • Present cases at MDT meetings and contribute to defensible diagnostic decisions. • Produce clear reports and communicate outcomes sensitively. About You • Current NMC, HCPC or equivalent relevant professional registration. • At least one year’s experience delivering CYP ADHD assessments. • Significant post-qualification experience within CYP mental health, paediatric or neurodevelopmental services.
