Admin Assistant - Must Have Experience working in a School setting in an Admin Position Dixons Allerton Primary, Bradford Long‑Term Position (Starting End of September) Hours: 8:15am – 3:30pm Pay: £13.19 per hour Hired Through The Supply Register Dixons Allerton Primary works in partnership with The Supply Register, who manage all cover and staffing requirements for the school. We are now recruiting an experienced Admin Assistant for a long‑term role starting at the end of September. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous school office experience who is confident working in a busy, fast‑paced primary school environment. About the Role You will support the school’s administrative team with a range of duties, including: Managing the school reception and greeting visitors Handling phone calls, emails and general enquiries Updating pupil records and maintaining accurate data Supporting attendance processes and daily registers Preparing documents, letters and reports Assisting with safeguarding and compliance procedures Providing general administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff Requirements Previous experience working in a school office (essential) Strong IT and administrative skills Confident using school systems (SIMS/Arbor/CPOMS preferred) Excellent communication and organisation Ability to work independently and manage workload Professional, friendly and reliable A DBS registered on the Update Service (essential) What We Offer £13.19 per hour Long‑term stability Supportive onboarding and ongoing guidance A welcoming and well‑organised school environment Opportunity to work within the highly regarded Dixons Academy Trust Interested?
