Pay Rate: £16.00-£17.00 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday , 40 hours a week (shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm)
Overview
We are seeking a polished and professional Front of House and Patient Coordinator with private health care experience to join a busy private healthcare setting in Oxford Circus.
This role is heavily front of house focused, with a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional patient experience, alongside supporting booking and administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
Manage incoming calls, direct enquiries, and support patient flow
Handle general administration including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence
Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures
Provide a high level of customer service with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate and manage patient appointments via electronic medical records systems
Verify patient details and ensure accurate data capture
Support with patient queries via phone, email, and online systems
Assist with documentation, records, and follow-up communications
Work collaboratively across reception and admin functions as required
Support self-pay patient enquiries and assist with appointment bookings
Provide information on services, pricing, and next steps
Follow up with patients post-consultation
Track bookings and support reporting on activity and KPIs
Assist with events and patient engagement initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience within private healthcare is essential within a front of house, reception, patient coordination or administrative position
Basic DBS required (must have have a valid certificate, be on the update service or be willing to get one immediately)
Strong customer service skills across phone, email, and face-to-face
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident working in a fast-paced, front-facing environment
