About the role

Hiring People is looking for a General Manager/Business Coach to manage and operate corporately owned franchises. You will market your services, coach clients, and build a team to grow the business. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales record, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed. You will earn between £50k - £60k OTE in Year 1 and up to £100k in Year 2.
