We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Tech Recruitment as aspiring Recruitment Consultants. No recruitment experience is required. Our Partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality. Recruitment is fast-paced, target-driven and competitive. You’ll build relationships with candidates and clients, identify opportunities, negotiate deals and develop into a specialist within the technology market. Why Ex-Athletes? What We’re Looking For * A background in competitive sport - professional, semi-professional, university or academy level. * Ambition and a strong desire to succeed commercially. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A competitive, resilient and target-driven mindset. * A willingness to learn, take coaching and constantly improve. * A positive, proactive approach.
