2 WEEK COVER - PAID PAYE - CONVERSION TO STUDENT ACCOMMODATION* We're Hiring: Freelance Site Manager Location: Bath Sectors: Commercial Day rate: £(Apply online only) per day Duration: 2 weeks We are looking for a Freelance Site Manager for 2 weeks' cover in Bath on a conversion of an existing office space into a student accommodation. This will be paid via PAYE. Duties as a Freelance Site Manager: Oversee site set up Minor strip out and demo works Complete site inductions Internal ground prep works for piling Scaffold installation Maintain H&S standards and ensure followed by contractors and subcontractors Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standardsRequired Qualifications/Experience as a Freelance Site Manager: Experience as a Site Manager in commercial (offices, schools colleges, universities) CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshal Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Site Managers position UK driving licence and access to own vehicleWhat's on offer: Day rate - up to £280 per day Weekly pay on a FridayHow to apply: Please apply to this advert with your CV and we will give you a call or call Sam on (phone number removed)
