A highly regarded international law firm is looking to recruit an ambitious and well-connected Corporate Partner to join its Liverpool office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partner with an established profile across Liverpool and the wider North West market, a strong client following and the ambition to develop their practice within an international platform. Team moves will also be considered.
The Role
- Work on a broad range of high-quality corporate transactions.

- Identify opportunities to grow the Corporate practice and develop the wider team.
- Build on the firm's existing client base and market presence.
You will be an established Corporate Partner, or a senior Corporate lawyer ready to take the next step, with a strong reputation in the Liverpool and wider North West market.
You will have:
- Strong technical Corporate experience.
- An excellent network of contacts across the regional market.
- Demonstrable business development credentials.
- A proven ability to develop client relationships and generate new business.
- The ambition and commercial drive to grow your practice.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within an international law firm.
- An established client following would be advantageous.
This is a genuine growth opportunity rather than simply a replacement hire. The firm is looking for a Corporate Partner who can help shape the future of its Liverpool practice, with the platform and support to develop a significant client base and work on high-value, complex transactions.
A competitive package and excellent benefits are on offer.
