A busy rural country house hotel is looking for a strong Chef de Partie to join its kitchen team. The site delivers high-quality dining across restaurant service, private events, and functions.

No staff accommodation available
Must have your own transport due to rural location
The Role You will work as part of a stable brigade supporting daily service and events.
Run your own section during service
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Support prep and banqueting as required
Work across restaurant and event service
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support smooth kitchen operations during service
What You Need Experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality kitchen
Comfortable working in both restaurant and event environments
Reliable, xwzovoh organised, and consistent
Able to stay calm during busy services
Strong team attitude
