Senior Project Programme Manager – R&D / NPI for RF/ Electronic Hardware / Low level Software Projects – West Hertfordshire – Hybrid – Competitive Package. A Senior Project Programme Manager with proven experience of delivering complex R&D or NPI projects within Electronic Hardware, RF or Low level Software Engineering environments will join an award-winning High-Tech company offering Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 WFH), Company Bonus, 25 days holiday, enhanced Pension Plan, Life Assurance and more. The successful Project Programme Manager will ideally be qualified to Degree level in an Electronics related discipline; will hold a Project Management qualification and have a strong track record of delivering a range of complex engineering projects across varying timescales as well as having experience in managing end-to-end product development from concept through to product realization. Key Requirements for this Senior Hardware Project Programme Manager include: * R&D /or NPI Manufacturing relating to RF / Electronic Hardware or Low level Software projects. * Proven Project and/or Programme Management of complex Multi-disciplinary Engineering & Manufacturing projects. * Degree / HNC / HND in Engineering + PM qualification. * Delivering a range of projects of varying lengths from one week up to many months. * Experience supporting bids, sales activities and project costings. Applications are sought from Project Managers with the ability to deliver complex R&D / NPI Manufacturing Hardware Engineering projects, who have good commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills
