Groundworks Site Manager – Norwich
Location: Norwich
Contract: 18 Months
Start: Immediate
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Groundworks Site Manager to join a major residential development in Norwich.
You will take responsibility for overseeing all groundworks activities on a brand-new site, ensuring delivery is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
Duties Include:
* Managing groundworks subcontractors and site labour
* Overseeing drainage, roads, foundations, and infrastructure packages
* Driving health and safety standards across site
* Monitoring progress against programme
* Conducting site inspections and quality checks
* Reporting to senior management and attending site meetings
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Site Manager on residential groundworks projects
* SMSTS
* CSCS Card
* First Aid qualification
* Strong leadership and coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple work fronts
Package:
* £280 per day
* 18-month contract
* Long-term opportunity on a new-build residential scheme
* Immediate interviews available
