Are you looking for a step up into a new management role where you will take full responsibility for the maintenance team and projects? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a maintenance manager to join the team, working out of their state of the art facility near Biggleswade. The successful applicant will be responsible working within the plant on a range of commercial and plant machinery providing planned, reactive and preventive maintenance. You will be playing a key role in ensuring that all equipment is operating at maximum efficiency enabling all projects are completed on time, meeting industry and customer standards. This is a 'hands on' management role where you will remain on the tools as well as leading new machinery installation projects, maintenance planning and organising technicians & engineers hours. This is a great opportunity to join an established business who are part of a multisite group.
