Technical Sales Specialist - Agriculture Cheshire & Lancashire £35,000 - £40,000 DOE Field Based We are working with a growing agricultural solutions business looking to recruit a Technical Sales Specialist to cover Cheshire and Lancashire. This is a field-based role focused on developing relationships with farmers and agricultural distributors, growing existing accounts and generating new business across the territory. Responsibilities Develop new business across Cheshire and Lancashire Manage and grow existing customer accounts Build strong relationships with farmers and distributors Provide technical advice around crop nutrition, fertilisers, soil conditioning and animal nutrition Identify customer challenges and recommend suitable solutions Demonstrate product value, performance and ROI Manage sales pipeline and customer activity through CRM Maintain a strong on-farm presence across the territory Requirements Agricultural sales, agronomy or relevant farming experience Strong understanding of UK agriculture and farming practices Commercially driven with strong relationship-building skills Comfortable managing your own territory independently Agricultural qualification or relevant industry experience FACTS qualified or willing to work towards the qualification Full UK driving licence Based within or close to Cheshire or Lancashire Package £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary DOE Field-based position Structured training and ongoing CPD Opportunity to work with innovative, science-led agricultural products Established international business with significant investment in R&D This would suit someone from an agricultural sales, agronomy or farming background looking to take ownership of a strong regional territory.
