Administrative Assistant

TFF Breaks is a growing trading card business specialising in live breaks, single sales, and sealed product. As we scale, we're looking for a reliable, organised person to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly from our Liverpool office.

What you'll be doing:

• General office and business admin — data entry, keeping records up to date, and helping keep things organised
• Sorting, checking, and organising trading cards accurately, ready for breaks, storage, or dispatch
• Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to a high standard and on time
• Handling stock and inventory — receiving deliveries, checking products in, and keeping storage tidy
• Supporting the wider team with the smooth running of daily operations

What we're looking for:

• Some previous experience in admin, warehouse, fulfilment, or a similar operational role
• Well organised with strong attention to detail — accuracy matters when sorting cards and shipping orders
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your own workload
• Comfortable with basic computer xwzovoh tasks (email, spreadsheets, order systems)
• A positive, can-do team player
• An interest in trading cards, sports cards, or collectibles is a bonus but not essential — we're happy to teach you

The details:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
• On-site at our Liverpool office (not a remote role)
• £25,000–£30,000 per year, depending on experience
