Clinical Lead

Clinical Lead (RGN) Brownlee Court Care Home – Middlesbrough, TS3 7SF Full-Time | Permanent We are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead (RGN) to join our team at Brownlee Court Care Home. The successful candidate will provide strong clinical leadership and support the Registered Manager in maintaining high standards of care and clinical governance. Key Responsibilities * Provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care team. * Ensure residents receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care. * Oversee care plans, risk assessments and clinical documentation. * Support medication management and safe clinical practice. * Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changes in condition. * Liaise with GPs, community nurses and other healthcare professionals. * Support safeguarding, infection prevention and health & safety procedures. * Conduct and support clinical audits and quality improvement. * Mentor, supervise and support nursing and care staff. * Promote dignity, independence, choice and wellbeing for all residents. About You * Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration. * Previous experience within a care home or similar healthcare setting. * Experience in a senior nursing or clinical leadership role is desirable. * Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding and medication management. * Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills. * Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care. * Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
