We are recruiting a Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading multi-disciplinary practice with exceptional long-term growth prospects. This role is ideal for an experienced technologist seeking a structured pathway to

Associate level , supported by strong internal mentoring, CPD and leadership opportunities. Role Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery across RIBA Work Stages, with experience across all stages preferred (but not essential).

Produce and coordinate high-quality technical information using

Revit

and

AutoCAD

(expertise preferred, not essential).

Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants to support efficient project progression.

Contribute to project planning, compliance, buildability reviews and technical problem-solving.

Support junior staff through mentoring, knowledge sharing and structured development activities.

Demonstrate readiness for progression by taking on leadership responsibilities aligned with Associate-level expectations.

Candidate Requirements

Strong technical background as an Architectural Technologist(preferred, not essential).

Confident working across multiple project types and technical challenges.

Clear communication, coordination and organisational skills.

Comfortable working

on-site.

Ability to support and influence project delivery while contributing to wider team development.

Progression to Associate Level
