Our client operates one of Canary Wharfs most iconic hospitality destinations - a high-volume live music venue, premium restaurant, and late-night bar known for exceptional British cuisine, world-class entertainment, and warm, polished service.
They are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day running of this multi-outlet operation and uphold its reputation as one of Londons premier live music and dining venues.

About the Role
As Senior Restaurant Manager, you will take operational ownership of a busy, multi-faceted venue that combines premium dining with nightly live entertainment. You will lead from the front, inspire a large FOH team, and ensure the highest standards of service, training, and guest experience.
This role requires a confident, hands-on operator with a proven background in high-volume hospitality, events, or live entertainment environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a multi-faceted venue with high service standards across food, beverage, and live music
Motivate and manage a passionate, professional team
Ensure commercial success through strong cost controls, planning, and guest engagement
Collaborate with entertainment and kitchen teams to maintain brand integrity and service consistency
Drive forward the venues status as one of Londons top destinations for live music and premium dining
Be visible and present during peak hours, particularly evenings xwzovoh and weekends
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or similar level within high-volume restaurants, luxury hospitality, or live entertainment venues
Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, guest-focused approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire, train, and manage large teams
Deep understanding of FOH operations, service flow, and guest engagement
Confident managing late-night operations and busy multi-outlet environments
Passionate about hospitality, service excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences
