About the role
Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FT is seeking a Head of EPR Operational Change to lead the programme’s four workstreams (Benefits, Business Change, Communications and Training) and ensure divisions are operationally ready for the EPR deployment. You will report to the DCOO/Programme Director and sit on the senior management team.
The role requires extensive experience delivering transformation in acute services, performance reporting to board level, and strong stakeholder engagement
