- £25,334.40 per annum Join Our Team We are seeking a passionate and engaging Training Officer to join our Mental Health and Addiction Services team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact by increasing awareness, understanding, and knowledge of mental health and wellbeing across communities and organisations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating a range of mental health and wellbeing awareness sessions, workshops, and training programmes.

About the Role As Training Officer, you will: Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging mental health and wellbeing awareness sessions within communities and organisations.
Create accessible, informative, and interactive training materials and presentations.
Gather, monitor, and report on evaluation and participation data to measure impact and inform service development.
Keep up to date with developments and best practice in mental health and wellbeing to ensure training content remains accurate and relevant.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community groups, referral agencies, stakeholders, and the wider public.
Promote services and maximise participation in training programmes and awareness sessions.
About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience designing and delivering training, workshops, or awareness sessions.
Has excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Is confident engaging with a variety of audiences and stakeholders.
Has an understanding of mental health and wellbeing issues and a commitment to promoting positive mental health.
Has strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Can collect, analyse, and report on monitoring and evaluation data.
Is passionate about improving wellbeing outcomes within local communities.
