PMO Manager - Portfolio & Change (12 Month FTC) Sheffield / Hybrid | £55,000 - £67,500 + Benefits | 12-Month FTC We're working with a growing professional services organisation going through significant growth and acquisition activity, and they're looking for a PMO Manager - Portfolio & Change to help develop and mature the PMO function. This is a hands-on role for a PMO Manager who enjoys building, improving and influencing, with continuous improvement mindset, and a focus on strengthening governance and delivery. Package & Benefits 25 Days' Annual Leave + Bank Holidays Private Healthcare Plan Enhanced Pension Scheme Flexible working - just 2 days/week in the office Life Assurance Plan 12 Month Fixed Term Contract with possibility to extend The Role Develop and embed PMO governance, processes and ways of working Improve project reporting, controls, methodologies and templates Own change and integration activity Provide guidance and coaching to project and programme teams Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks & issues and report to senior stakeholders Drive continuous improvement across the project and change environment Drive the adoption of new PPM tools across the project & programme teams About You Proven experience developing or maturing a PMO function Strong governance, reporting and delivery experience Experience working through significant organisational change; M&A experience would be advantageous Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Confident with Microsoft 365, particularly Teams and MS Project Jira or Planview experience (or similar tools) Comfortable working in a busy, changing environment A great opportunity for a PMO Manager (or Lead) who wants to shape the function, improve delivery and make a genuine impact during a period of significant change.
