M&E Contract Manager

Contract Manager - M&E Location: Cheltenham / West & South West England Salary: £70,000 - £78,000 + Benefits Sector: M&E / Facilities Management / Government / Defence Employment Type: Permanent Options Resourcing are working with one of the UK's leading M&E and FM contractors to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of multiple M&E projects across the West and South West of England, working predominantly across MOD and government framework projects. The Role As a Contract Manager, you will work as part of an established delivery team, taking responsibility for the commercial and operational management of multiple projects. Key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple M&E projects with values of up to £3m Supporting the pricing and tendering of new opportunities Leading the pre-construction process for secured projects Managing subcontractors and supply chain partners Attending client meetings both remotely and on site Monitoring project progress, costs and programme Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders Ensuring projects are delivered safely, commercially and to the required quality standards Supporting the continued development of the company's presence across the South and South West About You The successful candidate will have: A strong M&E background Previous experience working as a Contract Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar Experience working for a Principal Contractor Proven experience managing multiple M&E projects up to £3m in value Strong subcontractor and client management skills Experience of working on MOD, defence, government or framework projects would be highly advantageous Good commercial and contractual awareness Excellent communication and organisational skills Ideally, be based within a commutable distance of Cheltenham Package £70,000 - £78,000 basic salary Car allowance / company vehicle Company pension Additional company benefits This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Contract Manager to join a market-leading FM&E contractor with an established presence across the UK.
