Account Manager – Fashion (Italian Speaking)

We are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a leading global fashion supplier, supporting key premium international retail accounts across womenswear and menswear.
This Account Manager opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in fashion supply, sourcing, or product development who enjoys working in a fast-paced, commercial environment. The successful Account Manager will manage the full product lifecycle from concept through to delivery while building strong client relationships and driving account growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop key customer accounts across womenswear and menswear
• Develop trend-led, premium product ranges in line with customer requirements
• Handle costing, negotiations, and budget management
• Drive product innovation and identify commercial opportunities
• Work closely with design, development, and sourcing teams
• Maintain excellent client communication and service levels
• Support product development from concept through to final approval
• Travel as required for client and supplier meetings
Requirements:
• Fluent Italian (written and spoken) – essential
• Previous experience as an Account Manager within fashion supply/sourcing
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
