You will play a key role in delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care, and supporting the continued development of the clinic.Reporting directly to the Clinic Manager, you will work collaboratively with clinicians, therapists, and front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless, results-focused client journey.The RoleAs a Senior Aesthetic Practitioner, you will combine hands-on clinical expertise with a strong focus on patient safety, governance and service excellence.You will be responsible for:Advanced Treatment DeliveryPerforming advanced aesthetic treatments including:Sofwave skin tighteningUltraClear laser resurfacingBBL Moxi laser treatmentsEmsculpt body contouringHydrafacial treatmentsMedical-grade laser hair removal and skin rejuvenationCustomising treatment plans based on in-depth client assessmentsAdhering strictly to safety protocols and manufacturer guidelinesMonitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as requiredClient ConsultationsConducting comprehensive skin and body consultationsEducating clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercareBuilding long-term client relationships through trust and results-driven careObtaining informed consent and maintaining accurate clinical documentationClinical Excellence & ComplianceMaintaining exceptional hygiene and infection control standardsEnsuring correct calibration and maintenance of devicesStaying up to date with industry advancements and best practicesSupporting and mentoring junior therapists when requiredSales & Client RetentionRecommending tailored treatment packages and homecare productsAchieving individual treatment and retail KPIsEncouraging repeat bookings and long-term treatment plansSupporting overall clinic revenue growth through ethical, client-first salesThis is a high-impact position within a growing clinic environment, offering exposure to leading technologies and combination therapy protocols.Experience RequiredLevel 4 (minimum) Diploma or Degree in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy3–5+ years’ experience delivering advanced aesthetic treatmentsProven experience with energy-based devices and medical-grade lasersStrong knowledge of skin physiology and laser safetyExcellent consultation and communication skillsExperience working with KPIs, targets, and retail salesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentDesirable (but not essential)CQC and Laser Safety certificationExperience with combination therapy protocolsStrong track record of sales performancePrevious mentoring or leadership experiencePersonal AttributesProfessional, polished, and client-focusedDetail-oriented with a consistently high standard of carePassionate about aesthetics and continuous professional developmentPositive team player with natural leadership qualitiesLocationThis role is based in West London, with excellent transport links across London.Commutable from Croydon, Ealing, Wimbledon, Clapham, Balham, Kingston upon Thames, Stratford, Richmond, Watford, St Albans & Guildford.ReferencesCompass Associates is acting as a recruitment partner on this position.
