We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Fitness Coach to join our growing ladies-only fitness studio. If you're passionate about helping women build confidence, improve their health, and achieve amazing results in a supportive environment, we'd love to hear from you.

As a Fitness Coach, you'll be responsible for leading engaging group training sessions, motivating members, and creating a welcoming atmosphere where women feel comfortable, supported, and challenged.

• Deliver fun, safe, and effective group fitness sessions

• Motivate and encourage members of all fitness levels

• Demonstrate exercises and ensure correct technique

• Build positive relationships with members and help them stay accountable

• Support member progress and celebrate achievements

• Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment

• A positive, outgoing, and motivating personality

• A genuine passion for helping women improve their health and fitness

• Confidence leading group exercise sessions

• Strong communication and people skills

• Relevant fitness qualification (Level 2 Gym Instructor and/or Level 3 Personal Trainer preferred)

• First Aid certification

• Previous coaching experience is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate
