Project Manager Design & Build Fit Out Locations of work - M4/M5 Corridor (Bristol / Bath / Swindon/Birmingham) Salary - Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering Design & Build fit out projects? We are currently partnering with a one of the South Wests leading commercial fit out contractor as they continue to expand their presence across the M4 Corridor. Known for their high end commercial Cat a and Cat B interior projects, our client is known for innovation, repeat business, and collaborative project delivery. The Opportunity As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion. Projects typically range in value up to £3.5m and require a hands-on approach to program management, client liaison, subcontractor coordination, and on-site delivery. Working closely with the commercial, design, and operational teams, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest possible standard. Key Responsibilities Managing multiple Design & Build fit out projects from inception to completion Leading client meetings and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners Monitoring project programs, budgets, and quality standards Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health & safety requirements Working collaboratively with internal commercial and design teams Candidate Requirements Proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit out projects Strong understanding of Design & Build project delivery Previous experience managing commercial interior projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage fast-track programs and multiple workstreams Full UK driving licence Based within a commutable distance of the M4/M5 Corridor What's on Offer Basic salary up to £60,000 depending on experience Performance-related bonus Comprehensive benefits package Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Supportive and collaborative working environment Exposure to high-profile commercial fit out projects How to apply: If you've read this and feel like its describing you, or simply intrigued to hear more apply here or call Ben on (phone number removed)
