Compliance Manager Location: Hybrid / South West London Role Overview The Client is a leading, accredited specialist contractor delivering passive fire protection, fire stopping, and structural fireproofing solutions across high-rise residential, commercial, and public sector developments. Built on quality and technical excellence, we provide fully compliant, regulator-ready installations backed by robust quality control and digital auditability. Role & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee technical and regulatory compliance across all active project streams. You will ensure all works and third-party accreditations adhere strictly to current UK fire safety legislation, Building Regulations, and statutory standards. * Oversee internal/external compliance auditing and maintain company accreditations (e.g., FIRAS, BM TRADA, ISO). * Monitor digital recording of installations to ensure robust Golden Thread traceability. * Conduct regular site audits, produce non-conformance reports, and oversee corrective action plans. * Verify operative competencies and ensure adherence to technical installation guides. * Act as the key compliance contact for clients, principal contractors, and auditors. Skills & Requirements * Proven compliance or QA experience within passive fire protection or fire safety. * Deep knowledge of fire stopping, compartmentation, UK Building Regulations, and the Building Safety Act. * Strong auditing background with experience in digital compliance software. * Full UK driving licence
