Toolmaker

Our client, a global leader in manufacturing, are recruiting a skilled Toolmaker for their Tool Room & Manual Machining team. This 12-month contract, and offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the‑art equipment, supporting production and mould operations. What You’ll Do * Maintain and repair injection mould tooling and production fixtures * Manufacture precision components and fit high-quality parts to tight tolerances * Operate and set up Manual machines, CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and related equipment * Inspect parts using precision tools and follow various ISO standards * Support preventative maintenance and collaborate with production teams What You’ll Bring * Experience in a tool room, mould shop, or engineering workshop * Experience as a Toolmaker, Manual Machinist or Jigs & Fixtures Technician * An understanding of both manual and CNC machining would be beneficial, along with high-tolerance manufacturing skills * Strong attention to detail and teamwork * Good communication and IT skills * Right to work in the UK Why join our client? * Be part of a supportive team of three professionals in a modern, high-tech facility.
