Practice Accountant

Lancaster | £35,000 | Permanent What you'll be doing: * Preparing accounts for a range of SME clients * Preparing VAT returns and tax computations * Supporting with personal and corporation tax * Managing your own portfolio of clients * Bookkeeping and general accounting duties * Building strong relationships with clients * Working closely with senior members of the practice What we're looking for: * Previous accountancy practice experience * AAT qualified, ACCA/ACA part-qualified or QBE * Experience preparing accounts for limited companies, sole traders and partnerships * Good knowledge of UK accounting and tax * Strong communication and organisational skills * A client-focused and proactive approach What's on offer? £35,000 salary Permanent position Lancaster location Established accountancy practice Excellent career development opportunity
