The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of childcare matters, including:

• Care proceedings
• Adoption matters
• Special Guardianship Orders
• Child protection issues
• Public law children work
• Advocacy and attendance at hearings where appropriate

You will work closely with clients, local authorities, guardians and other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for children and families.

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor with panel membership.
• Have experience handling childcare and public law children matters.
• Be confident managing their own caseload.
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills.
• Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
