Role Title: Bot Controllers

Location: London

Work mode: Hybrid - 3 + on demand in case of any important meetings

Contract duration: initially 3 months with possible extension

Pay Rate: £739 per day all inc. (Inside IR35)

Responsibility:

• Oversees the full lifecycle of automated bots and AI agents, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operation.
• Manages performance monitoring, handles escalated enquiries, drives continuous bot training, and acts as the link between operational and development teams.
• Operational ownership for the full lifecycle of automated bots and AI agents, requiring strong skills in run operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Must be able to manage bot performance, handle escalations, triage incidents, and coordinate fixes/enhancements with development teams while ensuring secure and compliant operation (access controls, auditability, safe responses).
• Practical experience with automation platforms (UI-Path RPA/IPA and/or conversational AI/agent platforms), structured bot training/knowledge management, and KPI-driven optimisation is essential—acting as the bridge between frontline operations, service owners, and engineering.
