Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth across domestic, commercial, international, and corporate removals by responding to customer enquiries, conducting both in-home and virtual surveys, and delivering accurate, tailored removal estimates.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships, nurturing existing accounts while proactively targeting new business opportunities in line with branch objectives.
  • Prepare detailed removal plans, scope projects accurately, and produce competitive quotations using Moveware, ensuring all services meet customer requirements.
  • Work closely with operations teams to maintain exceptional service standards, improve customer experience, and support ongoing removals business development.
  • Identify and develop new target markets through strategic sales and marketing activity, contributing to the branch’s growth.
  • Provide expert advice on international removals, including customs regulations and compliance, ensuring clients receive a seamless and informed service.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Previous removals sales & surveying experience is essential.
  • Strong negotiation and people skills.
  • Excellent numeric, analytical, and literacy skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. xwzovoh
