As a Recruitment & Retention Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right talent is attracted and retained to meet organisational goals. This role focuses on developing strategies to manage recruitment processes and employee retention effectively. Description Leading recruitment strategy and delivery across the business Managing, mentoring and developing an existing recruiter Improving candidate attraction, screening, quality and conversion rates Enhancing onboarding processes and early-stage employee retention Partnering with senior leadership on workforce planning and people initiatives Driving employee engagement, performance and people-related KPIs Supporting employee relations, learning & development and wider HR projectsProfile A successful Recruitment & Retention Manager should have: Experience in recruitment and retention within a human resources setting. Strong knowledge of employment regulations and best practices. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Confident partnering with senior leaders and influencing decision-making. Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable strategies. Confidence in collaborating with various stakeholders across an organisation. Immediately available or able to start at short notice preferred.Job Offer Permanent position with a salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, dependent on the level of experience.
