About the role

Talent Acquisition Partner (Insurance) - FTC bubb | United Kingdom (Remote) We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Partner to cover People team, HR, and other non-tech roles for one of our clients, a fast-growing insurance tech company in the United States. This role will involve a mixed shift pattern of 2 days UK hours, and 3 days US hours (EST). Since 2020, we have been scaling teams for the likes of Microsoft, Mailchimp, Google, Quizlet, & Fortinet, to name a few, and are seeking an awesome TA to jump back into a super recruiting hot seat. We’re part machine, part human, and that’s where you come in; Our Talent Partners slot into our tech stack, and it’s this tech stack that powers your desk to enable you to be the best recruiter you can be. Talent Partner Well you don’t really hear this in recruitment, but we don’t like following rules so we’re going for it! You can work from anywhere but bonus points for being able to spend time with the team in London. Think WeWork, free cookies, beer and board games. We are looking for TAs to cover People operations & corporate functions (People Partners, Total Rewards, HR Operations, etc.) and bonus points for hybrid or remote experience. Embedded within a client account, representing the client brand as an ‘in-house’ recruiter Specializing in People team searches, sourcing top-tier talent for critical HR, Total Rewards, and People Partnering functions LinkedIn searching and networking as per required Working alongside bubb's creative team and account managers to optimise candidate attraction Competitive salaries, bonus and equity options also available ~ A fancy Apple Macbook thingy & other home working equipment as required ~ Paid holiday ~
