About the role
Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a design management professional for a contract role in Cardiff / South Wales. You will lead multidisciplinary design teams, coordinate with external consultancies, and drive outputs to meet project programmes, cost plans and technical specs.
The role requires experience in the UK Energy/Power sectors, particularly with substations, and a strong grasp of NEC3/NEC4 contracts. Hybrid working options available, with on-site requirements in Cardiff.
